OPAC Limited is registered under the Companies Act 1993, and is a privately owned company. It is owned by a mixture of private investors, customers and staff. As at 31 March 2011 we had 45 shareholders.
Anyone who is interested in investing within the kiwifruit supply chain can invest in OPAC. OPAC currently owns shares in 37.5ha of kiwifruit orchards and has joint ventures in over 65ha of Gold kiwifruit in New Zealand. OPAC manages in excess of 300ha of Gold and Green kiwifruit and packs in excess of 4 million trays.
A shareholders update was held in December with an interim dividend for the 2010 year authorised of a fully imputed 10 cents per share- making a total paid for the year of fully imputed 20 cents.
